4. Application prospects

From the E-pH diagram, it can be seen that UC811 has a significantly better ability to extract Ni2+, Co2+, and Mn2+ compared to Mg2+ and Li+. In the recycling process of lithium-ion batteries, the raffinate from P507 contains a certain concentration of Mg2+ and Li+ mixed with Ni2+/Co2+/Mn2+. HQ811 can be used to extract this mixture, co-extracting Ni2+/Co2+/Mn2+ into the organic phase while leaving Mg2+ and Li+ in the raffinate and scrubbing water phases. The stripping process yields a high-purity Ni2+/Co2+/Mn2+ mixture that can be directly used for the synthesis of precursors for the cathode materials of ternary lithium batteries, achieving a short-process lithium battery recycling procedure with good economic and environmental benefits.

UC1416 Boric Acid Extractant

Our company has developed the UC1416 boric acid extractant, which can efficiently extract boric acid from the mother liquor of boron precipitation and effectively separate it from cations such as calcium, magnesium, iron, strontium, lithium, and sodium, as well as anions like chloride and sulfate.

UC098 Rubidium-Cesium Extractant (t-BAMBP)

Rubidium and cesium have the notable characteristics of a large photoelectric threshold and a very small electron work function, which gives them excellent photoelectric properties. It is precisely because of the special physicochemical properties of rubidium and cesium that they have unique applications in fields such as aerospace and military.

UC936 Lithium Extractant

The active ingredient in UC936 Lithium Extractant is an organic weak acid, which preferentially complexes with Li+ in an alkaline system, and has weaker complexing ability with Na+ and K+, thus having a higher separation coefficient for Li/Na and Li/K.
